Yodoyabashiステーションが国際的であるように思われます。私はサインを読むことができます。オランダでは、数週にしては既に寒くぬれています。

It looks like Yodoyabashi station is international. I can read the signs. In the Netherlands it has been cold and wet for a few weeks already.
