I was surprised to see the traffic sign. I would not expect cars to run through this shopping centre. The red sign with the horizontal white stripe is an international sign for a 一方通行の通り. you find this sign also, together with the blue sign with a white arrow, throughout Europe.
It looks like Christmas starts early in Otesji Fushimi. The scene is beautiful. I noticed the traffic sign. Does it mean cars can travel through this hall between 20:00 and 12:00?
In the Netherlands we have Sinterklaas (Saint Nicolas) first. There is a lot of commotion around this typical Dutch feast though. I haven't visit the city yet. I am curious if the good Saint and his helper are still present in the shop windows.

似ているものや、同じものも多そうですね。
午前中にここの商店街を通る車の多くは、商店に納品に来る車です。
なので、仕方ないです。(^^;
私は、交通標識を見ることに驚いた。私は、車がこの買い物センターを走り抜けることを期待しない。水平の白い縞を持つ赤い合図は、ヨーロッパにわたって、白い矢のため青色の合図とともに、あなたがこの合図も見つける一方通行の通り.のための国際的な合図である。

早めになりすぎている気がします。
交通標識の解釈はその通です。
言い換えると12時〜20時は、歩行者専用道路ということです。
また、赤い丸に横線が入っている看板は、進入禁止の意味です。
車両は写真の奥から手前の一方通行です。
