　工場に見えるのは、ゴミ処理場です。
　高圧の送電線も、ゴミ処理場も郊外にあるものですが
　今では周辺にも住宅が建っています。
　唯一、河川敷だけが自然として残っています。

It's quite a nice scenery. It is amazing. It looks industrial, but at the same time there is so much green. Your daughter's bicycle looks beautiful.

Where we live, dry riverbeds are now elevated (after many centuries). The river sediment is basically more stable than the soil. A lot of secondary roads are on old riverbeds.
